9D Breathwork Illawarra

A place to put down what you've been carrying.

9D breathwork brings together guided breathing, immersive sound and hypnotic coaching to help you explore emotions and familiar patterns that can be difficult to reach through words alone. At my Port Kembla studio, I support you through that experience, with space to express what comes up and reconnect with yourself.

What happens in a 9D breathwork session?

You listen to music and spoken guidance through headphones while following a breathing practice. I explain the format before we begin and stay with you to support the session.

A private appointment gives us time to work individually. At a group event, you share the space while listening through your own headphones. The listing explains the theme and what is included.

How I guide you

  • Before we begin: time to settle in, ask questions and practise the breathing.
  • During the session: recorded guidance and in-person support, with room to slow down or pause.
  • Before you leave: time to rest and reflect on your experience.

Who I work with

Meet Hayley

I’m Hayley Simpson, a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Master NLP Practitioner. I guide private sessions and group breathwork at my Port Kembla studio, and work with organisers to bring breathwork into their events.

Before we begin, I want to understand what brings you here and give you time to ask questions. I explain the breathing and headphones, support you during the session and leave time for you to rest afterwards.

If you’re considering a program, we can also talk about the difference between four weeks working with me and the three-practitioner approach of Beyond Survival.

Questions about 9D Breathwork?
Let’s make it easy.

What is 9D breathwork?

9D breathwork combines a guided breathing practice with music and spoken guidance through headphones. I explain the session before we begin and support you in person. The format varies between individual appointments, group events and programs.

Can I come if I’m new to breathwork?

You can ask me about a session before deciding to attend. I explain the breathing pattern and headphones, with time for questions. Let me know about any concerns so we can discuss the format and preparation beforehand.

How much does a session cost?

Public event prices are listed with each booking. Private appointments, corporate sessions and private gatherings are priced by enquiry. The four-week You Are Not Broken program is $550. Beyond Survival is $1,650 upfront or eight weekly payments of $236.25, totalling $1,890. Kids group sessions are $25 per child. The relevant service page explains the inclusions and next steps.

How do I book?

For a public group event, open Bookings and choose a published Humanitix listing. For a private appointment, kids group or a gathering you’re organising, use the enquiry button on that service page. Program pages explain their own enquiry and payment options.

Do you offer women-only events and children’s sessions?

Yes. My women’s circles page covers women-only events, occasional monthly circles and private groups. Kids breathwork is a separate group format for ages 5–17; enquire with me about the next session.

How long does a session take?

Check the start and finish times on the event listing. For private appointments and group bookings, I’ll confirm the session length when we discuss the arrangements. You Are Not Broken includes four 90-minute private appointments across four weeks.

Where will my session take place?

My studio is at 43 Wentworth Street, Port Kembla NSW 2505. Check the venue on your event listing, as events and collaborations may take place elsewhere. The private programs also have online options, explained on their individual pages.
