Breathwork for your event or retreat

I work with retreat hosts, workshop facilitators and event organisers to include guided 9D breathwork in their plans. Tell me who you’re bringing together and what you have in mind, and we can shape a session around your gathering.

Include breathwork in your retreat, event or workshop

A breathwork session gives your guests time to take part in a guided practice together. I can contribute to a wider program or help you arrange a private group session, with the theme and setting discussed before you book.

Wellbeing retreats

Include a dedicated breathwork session within your retreat program. We can discuss a theme that relates to the rest of your retreat and leave time afterwards for guests to rest before the next activity.

Workshops and facilitator collaborations

Bring a guided breathing experience into a workshop you’re hosting. I look after the breathwork part while we agree how it sits alongside your teaching or practice, including the transition between activities.

Festivals and community events

Offer your community a chance to experience 9D breathwork as part of your event. Share the venue and program with me so we can work through group size, background noise and the space people need to take part.

Private gatherings and celebrations

Bring friends or family together for a birthday, milestone or shared day away. A private session gives your group an experience to share, with breathing guidance and in-person support throughout.

Choose how we work together

Your event may already have a venue and running order, or you may be starting with an idea. These are the formats we can discuss.

A session within your program

Invite me to guide the breathwork part of your retreat, workshop or festival. We’ll agree the session length, venue setup and time needed on either side so it fits into your schedule.

An event planned together

If you’re another facilitator, we can explore a shared event with breathwork alongside your offering. We’ll discuss the theme, each person’s role and how bookings and guest communication will be handled.

A private gathering at my studio

Bring your group to my Port Kembla studio for a dedicated breathwork session. Tell me how many people you expect so we can check the space and agree the arrangements.

What I bring to the session

I explain the breathing practice and headphones before we begin, with time for questions. We’ll discuss what guests need to know beforehand while planning your event, especially if people are new to breathwork.

During the session, guests listen to music and spoken guidance through 9D headphones while I support them in person. People can slow their breathing or pause when they need to.

We include time to rest afterwards. I’ll work through the running order with you so guests have space to finish the experience before moving into the next part of your event.

More about 9D breathwork

Let’s work through your event plans

An early conversation helps us work out whether the format, space and timing suit your group.

  1. Tell me about the gathering

Share your event’s purpose, who will attend and an approximate group size. Include your preferred date and location, even if the wider program is still taking shape.

  2. Find a place in the program

We’ll discuss the theme, session length and room layout, including noise, access and time for setup and rest. I’ll confirm venue suitability, availability and pricing with you.

  3. Agree the arrangements

Before booking, we’ll clarify what each of us provides and how guests receive the session information. For a shared event, we’ll also agree who manages tickets and enquiries.

Questions about events and retreats

Can you bring breathwork to our retreat or event?

Yes, I offer event and retreat collaborations, including workshops and festivals. Send me your location, date and approximate group size so we can discuss the venue and format. Arrangements and availability are confirmed before you book.

Can we create an event together?

I’m open to discussing collaborations with other facilitators. Tell me about your offering and the event you have in mind. We’ll agree how the sessions fit together, each person’s responsibilities and how bookings will be managed.

What space and equipment do we need?

The setup depends on your venue and group. We’ll discuss room layout, background noise, access and somewhere guests can rest during the session. I’ll confirm what I provide and what needs to be available at your venue as part of the arrangements.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

Duration and pricing are agreed for your booking. Share the time available in your program and the number of guests you expect. We’ll allow for the introduction and time to rest as well as the guided breathwork itself.

Can our guests be new to breathwork?

Let me know if your group is new to breathwork so we can discuss the format and preparation. I explain the practice before we start. Guests with questions about taking part can speak with me ahead of the event.

Can you organise a whole retreat?

My contribution is the guided breathwork session and planning how it fits into your event. You or your venue manage the wider retreat arrangements, including accommodation, meals and other activities. We’ll agree responsibilities before confirming the booking.

Tell me what you’re planning

I’d like to hear about your retreat, workshop or gathering and the people you’re bringing together. Include your venue, approximate group size and preferred date if you have them.

If you’re still developing the idea, tell me where you’re up to and we can talk through how breathwork might fit.
