Women’s circles and
guided breathwork

I offer women-only breathwork in Port Kembla, with time to step away from everyday demands and share a guided experience with other women. Join a published event or speak with me about a private circle for your group.

Time together, with room for yourself

A women’s circle brings women together for a shared experience. At Kora, guided breathwork is at the centre of that time. You listen to music and spoken guidance through headphones while I support the session in person.

You might be coming on your own, bringing a friend or organising time with a group you already know. We can talk through what you’re hoping for and which format would suit you before you book.

Women-only events and monthly circles

I hold women-only breathwork events and, at times, run a monthly women’s circle. You’ll find upcoming dates in my bookings, with details of what’s included, the venue and ticket price for each gathering.

Arrange your own circle

Bring friends together for a birthday, a hen’s gathering or time as a group. Tell me about your plans and how many women would like to attend, and we can discuss a suitable breathwork session.

How I guide your session

The theme and format depend on your event or private booking. These are the main parts of a guided breathwork session with me.

  1. Arrive and get comfortable

There is time to settle in before I explain the breathing pattern and headphones. Bring any questions to me so we can discuss them before the session begins.

  2. Follow the breathing and audio

Music and spoken guidance accompany the breathing practice. I’m there to support you, and you can slow your breathing or pause when you need to.

  3. Rest before you leave

We finish with time to rest and reflect on the experience. The event listing or our booking conversation will explain any other activities included in your circle.

Questions about women’s circles

Do I need breathwork experience?

Tell me if this is your first session when you enquire or book. I’ll explain the breathing and headphones, and we can discuss the event’s format and any questions beforehand.

Can I come on my own?

You can book an individual place at a public women-only event when one is listed. A private circle is arranged for your own group. If you can’t find a suitable public date, get in touch to ask about upcoming plans.

Can I arrange a circle for friends or a celebration?

Yes. Private group enquiries can be for a birthday, hen’s gathering or an existing women’s group. Send your preferred date, approximate numbers and the occasion so we can discuss the session.

How long is a circle, and what does it cost?

Public events have their own duration and ticket price on the booking listing. For a private circle, I confirm the format, duration and quote with you before booking.

Where are the sessions held?

My studio is at 43 Wentworth Street, Port Kembla. Check the venue on each public event listing. If you’re organising a circle elsewhere, include the proposed location in your enquiry so we can discuss what’s possible.

What if I have questions before booking?

Contact me before booking if you’re unsure about the breathing format or have health or access needs to discuss. We can talk through the session and the information you need to decide whether to attend.
