Mats, blankets and headphones prepared in Kora Wellness studio

Whatever you've been carrying, start here.

People come to Kora Wellness with anxiety, stress, low mood or a wish to feel more settled. At our 9D breathwork studio in Port Kembla, Hayley will talk with you about what brings you in and whether a session is suitable.

Who is 9D breathwork for?

People explore breathwork for different reasons, and more than one of these may feel familiar. Choose a starting point below to read more or talk through your circumstances with Hayley.

Anxiety

When your body won't switch off.

A racing mind, a tight chest or a feeling of being on edge can make it difficult to settle, even when you have time to rest.

Stress & burnout

When rest doesn't feel like enough.

Work, caring for others and everyday demands can leave little room for yourself. You might feel stretched thin, exhausted or unable to slow down.

Dysregulated nervous system

Wired and tired at the same time.

If you move between feeling wound up and feeling flat, you may be looking for a clearer understanding of those experiences and a gentler place to begin.

Depression & low mood

When everyday life feels heavier.

Low mood can come with numbness, low energy or feeling disconnected. Any breathwork support needs to sit alongside your existing mental health care.

Addiction recovery

Support alongside your recovery.

If you are in recovery and considering breathwork, speak with Hayley and your treating team about suitability. Your recovery plan remains the priority.

What to expect in your first session

Your session begins with a check-in with Hayley and time to ask questions. She’ll explain the breathing pattern and help you settle in before the audio begins.

You’ll listen through headphones, with Hayley there to guide you through the breathwork. Afterwards, there’s time to rest and reflect before heading back into your day.
