I’m Hayley Simpson, founder of Kora Wellness in Port Kembla. Before finding breathwork, I was running businesses and showing up for others while living with persistent anxiety and feeling disconnected from myself.
My experience with breathwork led me to explore the patterns behind my thoughts and behaviour. I went on to train as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), alongside my training in 9D breathwork and hypnosis.
I founded Kora to make grounded, personal support more accessible in the Illawarra. My approach is trauma-aware, shaped by my training and my own experience of seeking support.
When you refer someone to me, I take that trust seriously. I guide the breathing experience and make space for what comes up, while therapeutic interpretation and treatment stay with you. We can agree how to stay in touch with your client’s written consent.
